Exotic Review : ATS/8 Tarantella

Pizeoweave induces controlled muscle spasms to improve combat performance.

Performance
The Tarantella has a definite connection to the ATS/8 Arachnid with its design features with one major difference – this chestpiece is designed for the arc wielding Bladedancer. This chestpiece has the perk that is also called The Tarantella and allows you to take reduced damage against minions of the Darkness as well as boosting the charge rate for Arc Grenades and your Arc Blade Super. The ATS/8 Tarantella has great PVE applications with the ability to take reduced damage from arc sources. This can work out quite well in Nightfall scenarios when arc damage is heightened. In PVP, the increased charge rates for both grenades and your Arc Blade Super allows for the possibility for even more kills and scoring those additional points to help skyrocket both your team as well as your score. This is a definite efficacious choice for both PVP and PVE and will turn your Bladedancer into a thundering hurricane.

Aesthetic
The Tarantella has much of the same design features as the Arachnid helmet with the scattered red glowing lights that are placed, almost strategically over the upper chest plate. This helmet, however has one notable difference and that is covering the abdomen. It appears that it is a series of four coils that are glowing red hot. This could be a reference to the super charging feature that recharges your grenade and Super in a rapid fashion.

How to Acquire it?
The ATS/8 Tarantella can be gained from an exotic chest engram or purchasing it from Xur if you are lucky enough for him to have it in his inventory.
