Exotic Review : Heart of the Praxic Fire

In that last moment she seemed as wholly luminescent as the Sun, and I wished to be so brave

Performance
The Heart of the Praxic Fire is an exotic chestpiece that serves as a buff to the Radiance Super that allows your Warlock to increase its damage output. Its exotic perk, Praise the Sun, further decreases all ability cooldowns while Radiance is active and provides a great boost to your agility stat. Now while Radiance already allows for incredibly quick recharges for grenades and melee attacks, the additional recharge allows your Sunsinger to deal out a heap of infernally hot solar grenades to your enemies. This chestpiece in essence can allow your Sunsinger to be a more offensive subclass. In a PVE capacity this chestpiece is a top tier exotic with its ability to clear out entire rooms or areas of minions of the Darkness. In the same regard the Heart of the Praxic Fire, can quite easily allow you to eliminate the entire enemy team without much difficulty due to the Sunsinger being a roaming Super with high damage output.

Aesthetics
If you have ever wanted to travel back to the middle ages in a time of knights and chain-mail then this exotic is for you. It brings to mind a time when pitched battles were fought and legends about Dragons and forgotten mythical creatures were rampant. On top of this the world at that time was so open and waiting to be explored, much like this time in Destiny in the fight to retake our Solar System. There is also another added bonus to this exotic in you are a fan of the Dark Souls franchise. The tag-line as shown above, is a reference to the Dark Souls character, Solaire of Astora who threw out the line, “If only I could be so grossly incandescent”.

How to Acquire it?
The Heart of the Praxic Fire can be gained from an exotic chest engram or purchasing it from Xur if you are lucky enough for him to have it in his inventory.
