Creation Club Brings Additional Content For ‘Skyrim’ And ‘Fallout 4’ Straight From Bethesda

Bethesda has had incredible success with both Fallout 4 and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. They are both huge titles with large followings even today. At the Bethesda E3 Conference, it was announced that they were launching the Creation Club, a service for both Fallout 4 and Skyrim that essentially adds new content into the game.

The mods system has been incredibly popular for both of these heavy hitting titles, with over 300, 000, 000 downloads to date. With the Creation Club, it will allow Bethesda and top notch mod developers who will work with Bethesda to put out more content that you can choose to purchase.

This article is only showing Skyrim images but the system is the same with both titles, you are able to purchase verified content from this online store with Credits, and it shows up in-game rather rapidly without negatively affecting your saves. This would have the added bonus of being able to hold a lot of extra content and quests without breaking Fallout 4 or Skyrim. It is not known as yet if you can earn Credits without paying real money, or if requires payment. What people have to remember is that it isn’t a microtransaction, it is essentially new content that is entirely optional for both games. But it will deliver a high standard of additional content.

New enemies, weapons, armour, crafting systems and housing options were all quoted as being able to be altered or added when the Creation Club launches this Summer, which hopefully means it will be arriving soon!

That is not all for Skyrim news however, with the announcement that the popular title is, for the first time, coming to Nintendo, on the Nintendo Switch console.

Nintendo players will now be able to slay Alduin the World Eater and complete hundreds of hours of content on the go. As the above image demonstrates, you have a more interactive approach to the game, which is unique to the Switch version above all others. I might have to get a Nintendo Switch now.

It is not clear when Skryim for Switch will launch but when it does, you can absolutely dress up and equip your Dragonborn with items from Breath of the Wild, such as the Master Sword.
