Now, while I have never played the Elder Scrolls Online, I have always been intrigued by it, and after Bethesda’s E3 conference I may have been pushed over the edge. Elder Scrolls Online, for those who don’t know is a massively online multiplayer game set in Tamriel, where literally everything is possible. The latest expansion, known as Morrowind took us back to, well Morrowind, home of the Dark Elves and the dangerous Morag Tong.
Bethesda showcased some of the gameplay from The Elder Scrolls Online, as well as all the content they have added since the game’s release in 2014. But the highlight was the announcement that we have two new expansions coming later 2017.
First up is Horns of the Reach, which based on the title will feature the Forsworn heavily. Expect a lot of natural elements and gorgeous landscapes, and a lot of Mammoths knocking down gates.
The second expansion arriving in The Elder Scrolls Online is known as the Clockwork City, featuring gorgeous architecture and presumably a history of the mysterious Dwemer, who vanished mysteriously but left their dangerous golden automatons behind. This is one city you don’t want to walk alone in.
There is no official release date for Horns of the Reach and the Clockwork City as yet, but stay tuned for more details.
