Add A New Dusk Form Lycanroc To Your Team In Pokemon UltraMoon And UltraSun

A new form of Lycanroc has been discovered for Pokemon UltraSun and Pokemon UltraMoon. Players would have met the Midday and Midnight forms of Lycanroc and the adorable pre-evolution Rockruff that was a constant companion to Professor Kukui.

With an orange coloration and piercing green eyes, the Dusk form Lycanroc definitely has a nice look to it, even if it is quite similar to the Midday Lycanroc form. It would be assumed that there would be a Dawn form as well, probably bearing a striking resemblance to the werewolf-esque Midnight Lycanroc.

You cannot get the new Dusk Form Lycanroc via the normal methods of Pokemon hunting, so it will most likely be a new Event Pokemon. It comes stock standard with an ability known as Tough Claws, which boosts the power of any attacks that make direct contact to an opponent. Dusk Form Lycanroc is definitely going to be a physical Pokemon.

UltraMoon Legendaries

With the morphed appearance of both Solgaleo and Lunala, the Dusk Form Lycanroc is probably not going to be the last Pokemon revealed who has had some cosmetic changes. Check back in soon for the latest information on UltraSun and UltraMoon and for instructions on how to add Dusk Form Lycanroc to your team.

Update: Dusk Form Lycanroc can be acquired in a few special ways, via the evolution of a unique Rockruff. So far the only way Dusk Form Lycanroc can be added to your team is as a pre-order bonus for Pokemon UltraSun and Pokemon UltraMoon. Players who pre-order those games can gain the unique Rockruff via the Nintendo Network beginning November 17th, 2017 and ending January 10th, 2018.
